Shari O’Donnell is the Founder and Chief Development Officer of the Godland Group. She orchestrates national development projects while spearheading tailored trade terms and deal architecture to help unlock underdeveloped regions.​ Additionally, Shari develops established and startup companies focused on Gaming, Content, Media & Entertainment (CME) and NextGen Technology. Her development strategies incorporate data mining, disruptive strategy and strategic positioning to capture deals, audiences, partnerships, funding and revenue growth. Shari leads pre-seed through series A-E funding rounds. She raises funding from private equity, venture capital and international financial institutions while de-risking investment, facilitating upfront government guarantees, grants and up front incentives. 

While pursuing her career, Shari had the privilege of being mentored by one of the worlds richest business leaders, Larry Ellison. She also served alongside African Ambassadors, CEO’s and Business Leaders. She has over 15 years of Producing and entertainment business development experience such as securing Mel Gibson for a major motion picture in Asia and making strides in multiple entertainment houses that garnered over 50 awards. She spent 3 years at a Tencent Gaming subsidiary that maintained a player base of over 100 million users per month on a Free-2-play game, generating +$1 billion ARR while the company shipped five new games, creative content, and several esports tournaments during her tenure. 

Shari is Chairperson of Oscenders Multimedia, an entertainment, immersive and gaming company and is Board Advisor to Womanful Voice. Shari Founded the WOSP² Initiative, P2P Initiative and SAPE Movement. In 2008 she greenlit, a feature film, Sanctuary, which contributed to new legislation that established choice rights for People born down syndrome in Ireland. Shari was born in Dublin and has lived in LA since 2010. She studied law and then film before gaining her operational experience. Her father served in the military and her mother, from Tipperary, assisted the frontline before becoming a housewife. ​

Hailing from Wall St. and Midland Group, Nigerian born, Dolapo, is an investment banker, navigating financial complexities as well as facilitating over $5 billion in financings & acquisitions for national development deals in Africa. He has been a key advisor to global leaders such as the Bush and Clinton administration and Sir Richard Branson. Dolapo also served as Chairman of the Economic and Security Council and Special Envoy for Diaspora Affairs at the African Union. Ron brings a distinguished 26-year career in the United States Air Force, where he served as a pilot, Commander of the 560th Flying Training Squadron. He then led business development and strategy for Lockheed Martin where he contributed to a remarkable $59.8 billion in net earnings in 2019 and played a key part in pioneering advancements in aerospace technology during his 6 year tenure.
