Shari ​O'Donnell,  Founder & Chief Development Officer
​LA & Dublin

Shari specializes in orchestrating consortiums in national development and Aerospace & Defense, as well as growing companies in next-gen technology and gaming. Her work spans Public-Private Partnerships to private ventures, where she leads complex deal architecture and strategic financial positioning, securing de-risked foreign direct investment (FDI) and custom trade agreements. Since immigrating to the U.S. in 2011, Shari served a three-year tenure at a Tencent gaming company in LA, that shipped 4 new games and animated series while generating +$1 billion ARR on it's flagship F2P game. At ODEM Consultants, she focused on economic and national development in underdeveloped regions through natural resource leverage, and as fractional business development focused on en-mass deal capture and finance for next-gen technology companies. Shari’s early career roots are in the entertainment industry, where she brokered major deals and chaired studios that resulted in over 50 awards and substantial ROI. Born and educated in Dublin, Shari studied law and then film. Her father and family served in the military.
